Jovanni was so sweet and helpful. He explained, walked through and checked for necessary parts, and installed the item as needed. The original quote time was an hour and a half, and the team took about 3 hours total to complete. There is a cafe and a Popeyes beside with free wifi while you wait (and a couch in the store as well, just no wifi). They were far more helpful than a shop I sourced in Locust Grove, and they provide a lifetime warranty for installation if you keep your receipt.

I highly recommend this business! They have great customer service and are very committed to getting the job done. Communication was excellent while getting an estimate and service. All questions pertaining to devices that were compatible to my vehicle were answered and they also gave the best options. Definitely stop by for their services.

The most excellent customer service, I came to get two 10’s on my mustang and they gave me the best option and prices on everything, they speak both english and spanish and are very professional. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. Store was transparent about the installation on my 2021 Corolla LE. I brought in a subwoofer, amplifier, and its necessary equipment and they had no problem installing (even though I regret not buying everything from them in the first place).
